El Segundo City Hall Plaza will be transformed into a cultural celebration during the Festival of Holidays on Friday, December 3rd from 4:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m. The festival is a family-friendly event and collaboration between the Arts and Culture Advisory and the DEI Committees, and is supported by the El Segundo Cultural Development Program. During the festival, community members will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of cultures through food, art, and performance.
